Investment Strategy:

Value-add and new construction affordable Multi-Family housing, mixed-use projects, Single Family and hospitality investments. Projects pursued will provide asymmetric returns that are risk-adjusted utilizing OZ funds, CPACE, LIHTC, and NMTC financing tools. Our ideal investment will yield a minimum 6% cash on cash, 8% preferred return, and 10% to 15% return over a 3 to 5-year hold period.

Assess needs of the client and the community. Work with your organization to development a development plan and concept. Manage real estate development from concept through the entire life cycle of planning, team solicitation and building, finance planning, entitlements, approvals and construction and project management. Meet Our Founder

Nicole Earle

Nicole Earle has nearly three decades of experience in real estate development, finance, and construction.  She has an esteemed history of executive leadership in banking and is an expert in underwriting, portfolio management, and tax credit deals including: Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Tax-Exempt Bonds and New Market Tax Credit projects. 


She is a real estate leader expert as shown by the cumulative value of the projects she’s developed or financed totaling more than $1 billion.


After seeing the immediate need for housing and economic development services projects in Baltimore City, Nicole quickly combined her skills and desire to positively impact community change and formed Dominion Real Estate, LLC.


Nicole is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and has completed Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership class of 20/21.  She has been active in many national and local industry organizations including NAWBO, CREW, CDN, MAHC and National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC).

Townes At Hillsdale Anacostia

Bank of America Community Development Corporation in partnership with East of the
River Community Development Corporation created a new community with 65 units of
townhouses in the Hillsdale neighborhood.

Barclay Redevelopment Baltimore

Construction and rehabilitation of 322 housing units, inclusive of 199 rental units and 123 homeownership units and community park located in the Barclay

Uplands Redevelopment, Baltimore

208 mixed income rental units, 245 affordable for sale units and 308 market rate, for
sale units located in the Uplands Community of West Baltimore.

Lillian Jones Baltimore, MD

Lillian Jones Apartments is a four-story 74-unit, 9 % low-income housing tax credit
multifamily affordable rental housing development project located in the 1300 block
of Greenmount Avenue in the Johnston Square Community.
